First class free - £8.00 per class after

£28.00 per month if booked and paid for in advance

We will use a combination of body weight exercises, camo nets, tyres, battle ropes and much more!

My name is Lucy-Kate. I have over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Starting as a class instructor, moving on to my gym qualifications and then my Personal trainers.

I look forward to meeting you all and getting muddy and sweaty in a field!
